サイバーセキュリティに関しては、残念ながら日本は極めて 後進国です。中国のハッカーにガンガンやられてるのに気づかず、先に気づいたアメリカが焦り始めるレベル…。
China was likely trying to steal confidential information on the state of deliberations in the Japanese government, as well as see what information Japan was sharing with the United States about China.ということで、今回の件だけではなく、結構な機密情報が抜かれてきたと推測されています。そして、この記事にも書かれているように、JAXAなど、技術情報をふんだんに抱えた政府系のサーバーも、いい感じで狙われています。
国全体、省庁全体でデジタル化が非常に遅れているというのは、こういうところでもアキレスけんとして現れるんですよね。全部がデジタル化されていれば、エストニアのように危機感を持たざるを得ない。だって、”デジタルがダメでも アナログがあるさ” という（誤った）言い訳が通じないから。やっぱり、冷静な世界認識による危機感が欠如しているんですよ、狭い島国の中だけで右から左に情報を流してるだけだと。
外務省がそれだと困りますよね？だったら、もういっそのこと、政府系組織からネット回線抜けよという話ですよね？でも、それは現実的にはできない。ならば、しっかり危機感を持ってことに当たれということです。
これが 平和ボケてことなんでしょうか…？けど、別に軍備に走ったからといって、これが治るとは思わんけどなぁ。

It is presumed that quite a bit of confidential information has been extracted, and not just in this case. And as this article states, government servers that hold a lot of technical information, such as JAXA, are also being targeted in a good way.
The fact that the entire country and ministries as a whole are quite behind in digitization appears as an Achilles’ heel in these areas. If everything was digitalized, you’d have to have a sense of crisis, as in Estonia. Because the (false) excuse, “Even if digitization fails, there is always analog information,” will not work at all. After all, there is a lack of a sense of crisis based on a keen perception of the world, if we are just passing information from right to left within the confines of our small island nation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs can’t afford to be like that, can it? If that’s the case, then I would say, let’s just go ahead and take the Internet out of government organizations, wouldn’t you? But that is not feasible. Then, we should be aware of the danger and take action.
Is this what you mean by “dumbness in peace”? But I don’t think this will be cured just putting bigger budget to the military.
